2009:
July 15th until September 8th $900, September 8th until December 18th $800 per night, excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $1,000 per night.
Christmas and New Years rate is $1,950 per night with a 10 night minimum. Applies between December 18th and January 4th, 2010.
2010: January 4th thru March 11th $900 per night.
March 12th to April 12th $1,000 per night.
Rent M311 in combination with L109 "Ginger and Palm Suite", and receive one free night for both villas. Applies to reservations of 7 nights or longer and excludes a reservation over Christmas and New Years.
Regular rates for 2009-2010 start at $1,650 per night.

Minimum Stay
There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Disclosure
The Seaview Sanctuary overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Penthouse" building. Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet overall. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Certainly the experience of staying at Seaview Sanctuary is far more quiet and enjoyable than most any hotel or resort.
