Entry Hallway

Beds : Two generously sized private bedroom suites along with a third bedroom which doubles as a den/office alcove off the Great Room. The den/office alcove has two twin beds which also form a king bed. It is separated by custom designed woven wood sliding doors for complete privacy. The custom designed imported sofas located in the great room are each equal to the size of an extra-long twin mattress, and may be used for additional sleeping for children or young adults.

Baths : Two full baths

House Keeping : Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. At an additional cost you may request a mid-week service or a light daily hotel-style housekeeping service with advance notice and subject to availability. Other additional services may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Fireplace : No

Climate Control : All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Cable TV : The Great Room and each bedroom is individually equipped with HD digital cable boxes with flat panel LCD televisions, DVD, and premium movie and music channels for extensive viewing options. The Great Room also has a Home Theater with surround sound, a DVR, iPod dock, and central stereo which can be controlled separately in each room throughout the villa.

Billiard Table : Downstairs in the lounge on property. Also, nearby at several bars and lounges, including the always fun Mulligan's Irish Pub at the Wailea Blue Golf Clubhouse, which provides nightly entertainment.

Theatre : The Great Room is equipped with a flat panel 45 inch HDMI LCD Television with Home Theater and Surround Sound. Also provided in the Great Room is an DVR and HD digital cable box with premium movie and music channels, CD, DVD, iPod dock, Logitech Harmony remote control, and Central Stereo that is adjusted in all rooms of the villa using individual wall-mounted room by room volume controls.

Security

Security System : A dedicated in-villa monitored security and safety alarm system is installed. Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Safe : Two complimentary in-villa safes are installed.

Dining

Beautiful Kitchen and Dining Area

BBQ : Seaview Sanctuary has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.

Wine Refrigerator : Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided. No specific wine fridge.

Indoor Dining : There is a custom designed exotic hardwood trestle dining table that comfortably seats eight guests.

Outdoor Dining : There is an expansive ocean view private lanai with a large teak table. The ocean view terrace has a generously sized overhanging roof for excellent protection from the sun and rain and for enjoyable outdoor dining.

Gym : Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Hammock : Reclining chaise lounge chairs are provided around the pool and as they are fairly light weight. They may be carried to the beach with permission of the Pool Attendant. Portable beach chairs are provided in-villa which may be used to take on excursions to other beaches and scenic spots around the island.

Productivity

Internet Service : Complimentary high speed wireless and wired internet service is provided. There are several ethernet jacks for hard-wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers or for faster transmission time.

Office : A complete private office with a spacious desk, a generous array of office supplies, voice mail, fax, two phone lines including one with unlimited long distance domestic dialing, and a scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Other

Disclosure : The Seaview Sanctuary overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Penthouse" building. Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet overall. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Certainly the experience of staying at Seaview Sanctuary is far more quiet and enjoyable than most any hotel or resort.
