All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Deposit : $2,500. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Disclosure

The Royal Ilima is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week the luau at an adjacent hotel can be heard from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music! Also, the Grand Wailea Resort frequently utilizes a lawn area adjacent to the Wailea Beach Villas for private parties which are both audible and visible from the villa. Usually any periodic evening activities wrap up at a reasonable hour and most often the events are entertaining and may include a fireworks display. Enjoy a front row box seat to the events!

Guests should expect some general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet overall - far more quiet than in most resorts or hotels.
