Availability

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Maximum Occupancy

Six guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants who are not yet walking

Payments

Deposit : $1,000 depending on the season and number of guests. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

The Ocean Pearl is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week a luau being performed at an adjacent hotel can be heard in the distance from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music between the hours of approximately 6 and 8pm.

Guests should expect an assortment of general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort, although in our opinion it is exceedingly quiet and pleasant - more so than at most other residential resorts or hotels.
