Fabulous Fall starts August 15th with an exceptional promotion for off-season of just $1,250 per night. Valid until December 18th, excepting Thanksgiving week $1,500 per night.

Offered for Christmas and New Years! Between December 18th and January 4th Mer Et Soleil K408 is available at $2,850 per night for up to eight guests with a 10 night minimum.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,350 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,500 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Maximum Occupancy

Eight guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants

Payments

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

Please note the 4th sleeping space will be enclosed with solid sliding shoji doors for more privacy as of June 2009. At this time, a curtain encloses the den bedroom.

Mer Et Soleil overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Penthouse" Tower building. Guests should expect some very slight and mild ambient livings sounds. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Overall, it is far more pleasant and enjoyable to vacation at Wailea Beach Villas than at almost any other resort or hotel. The experience is very serene and tranquil.
