2009:

September 8th until December 18th just $650 per night, excepting Thanksgiving week $900 per night.

Over Christmas, the holiday rate applies between December 18th and December 27th at $1,500 per night with a minimum 7 night payment term. Not available over New Years.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $850 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $950 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

The published post-introductory period rates for a 3 bedroom villa start from $1,200 per night, so our special rates represent an extraordinary opportunity to experience a Wailea Beach accommodation of superior quality and value. Please inquire for competitive monthly rates.

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Disclosure

The Island Oasis Villa is close to the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Penthouse" Tower Building. Guests should expect some general ambiant livings sounds. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet at Island Oasis. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Certainly it is much quieter than at a hotel or resort.

Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.
