2009 Rates:

July 10th to August 4th, August 9th to August 28th $1,000 per night.

September 3rd until December 18th again just $900 per night, excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $1,200 per night.

Christmas and New Years is available at $2,150 per night for up to six guests with a 10 night minimum. Rate applies between December 18th and January 4th.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,000 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,200 per night.

Regular rates for 2009-2010 start at $1,650 per night, so our special rates represent an extraordinary opportunity to experience a Wailea Beach accommodation of superior quality and value.

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Disclosure

The Grand Seascape is situated in convenient proximity to The Shops At Wailea. The Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. Guests should expect some general ambient livings sounds. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. We find Grand Seascape to be remarkably quiet and peaceful - infinitely more so than at most any other resort or hotel. The overall ambiance is serene and tranquil.
