2009:

June 21st thru September 7th $1,775 per night

September 8th until December 18th $1,375 per night, excepting Thanksgiving week $1,775 per night.

Available over Christmas 2009 until mid-day on December 27th. The Christmas rate is just $2,750 per night plus taxes for up to eight guests with a 5 night payment term.

2010:

January 4th thru March 11th $1,500 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,775 per night.

The regular rate for a three bedroom ocean view villa with plunge pool actually starts from $2,750 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, unlimited USA domestic long distance phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Payments

Deposit : $1,000 depending on the season and number of guests. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

The Golden Mandarin is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week the luau at an adjacent hotel can be seen and heard from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music between the hours of approximately 6 and 8pm.

Guests should expect an assortment of general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort, however we find the ambiance to be remarkably quiet and peaceful - far more pleasant than in resorts or hotels.
