If you are planning to visit Maui with a larger family or group, and you need more than three private bedrooms, we invite you to consider pairing The Golden Mandarin Villa D102 with additional various size Wailea Beach Villas, including other villas in the same D building or in neighboring E, F, G, A or B buildings, as well as in the penthouse/tower.

House Keeping : Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. At an additional cost you may request a mid-week service or a light daily hotel-style housekeeping service with advance notice and subject to availability. Other additional services may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Well Equipped Kitchen

BBQ : The Golden Mandarin has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private beach front terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Wine Refrigerator : Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided as well as a built-in bar fridge.

Indoor Dining : A very pretty square-shape hand-carved Chinese rosewood dining table defines the Great Room. This seats six to eight guests for candlelit indoor dining. A separate counter in the kitchen seats 5 to 6 persons on bar stools.

Outdoor Dining : An over sized round table seats six to eight guests on a very nice outdoor covered private dining terrace. Two side chairs with a side table, and two lounge chairs provide additional options for sunning and relaxing. The garden view terrace has a generously sized overhanging roof for good protection from the sun and rain for enjoyable outdoor dining.

Gym : Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Hammock : Reclining chaise lounge chairs are provided around the pool and as they are fairly light weight. They may be carried to the beach with permission of the Pool Attendant. Portable beach chairs are provided in-villa which may be used to take on excursions to other beaches and scenic spots around the island.

Productivity

Internet Service : Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office : A desk is provided in the second bedroom complete with an array of office supplies as well as an answering machine, and a 4-in-1 scanner/printer/copier/fax. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Other

Disclosure : The Golden Mandarin is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week the luau at an adjacent hotel can be seen and heard from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music between the hours of approximately 6 and 8pm.

Guests should expect an assortment of general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort, however we find the ambiance to be remarkably quiet and peaceful - far more pleasant than in resorts or hotels.
