Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Payments

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

The Bella Luna is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. IMPORTANT NOTE: The luau at the adjacent Marriott Wailea Resort can be seen and heard from D302. Enjoy the complimentary show and music from your own private terrace four days per week between the hours of approximately 6-8pm (or 5-7pm during winter season). By means of this notice (duplicated on the rental contract) we hereby disclose that this entertainment is both visible and audible from D302, and the rental contract shall not be voided or altered in the event a guest is dissatisfied with the entertainment quality.
