Entry Hall

Beds : 3 generously sized private bedrooms each with a private bath. One California King, One Eastern King, Two Full (Double) Beds.

Baths : 3 full en-suite private baths plus a powder room half bath

House Keeping : Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. At an additional cost you may request a mid-week service or a light daily hotel-style housekeeping service with advance notice and subject to availability. Other additional services may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Fireplace : No

Climate Control : All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Dining/Great Room

BBQ : The Bella Luna has it's own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private ocean view terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Wine Refrigerator : Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided as well as a built-in bar fridge.

Indoor Dining : A very pretty rectangle-shape clear glass dining table defines the Great Room. This seats six to eight guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats 2 persons on black leather and chrome bar stools.

Outdoor Dining : An over sized round table seats six guests on a very nice outdoor dining terrace. Additional chairs with a side table, and reclining chaise lounge chairs provide options for sunning and relaxing. The garden view terrace has a generously sized overhanging roof for good protection from the sun and rain for enjoyable outdoor dining.

Gym : Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Hammock : Reclining chaise lounge chairs are provided around the pool and as they are fairly light weight. They may be carried to the beach with the assistance of the Pool Attendant. Portable beach chairs are provided in-villa which may be used to take on excursions to other beaches and scenic spots around the island.

Productivity

Internet Service : Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office : A desk is provided in the second bedroom complete with an array of office supplies as well as an answering machine, and a 4-in-1 scanner/printer/copier/fax. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Disclosure : The Bella Luna is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. IMPORTANT NOTE: The luau at the adjacent Marriott Wailea Resort can be seen and heard from D302. Enjoy the complimentary show and music from your own private terrace four days per week between the hours of approximately 6-8pm (or 5-7pm during winter season). By means of this notice (duplicated on the rental contract) we hereby disclose that this entertainment is both visible and audible from D302, and the rental contract shall not be voided or altered in the event a guest is dissatisfied with the entertainment quality.
